BA in Art: Program Requirements
All students graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Art are required to submit an exit portfolio. The Studio Art Program Coordinator will provide detailed guidelines regarding portfolio content and submission requirements.
The portfolio should include a selection of artwork that best represents the student’s most successful and meaningful coursework completed during their time in the program. In addition, students must submit a written, formal discussion addressing a specific aspect of their work, such as concept development, technical process, or thematic exploration.
The senior capstone class establishes the standards and format for these materials and oversees their collection. All materials must be submitted by the last class day of the semester in which the student plans to graduate.
