BIOL 4405 - Limnology

4 sem. hrs. (3:3) The study of the functional relationships and productivity of aquatic communities as they are affected by their physical, chemical, and biotic environment. The influence of man’s activities on these systems will be the focus of the course. Prerequisite:  BIOL 3428 - Principles of Ecology . Corequisite: Safety training given in SMTE 0091 - Biological Laboratory Safety Seminar  is required for continued participation in this course.
Offered fall semester of odd-numbered years.
