MGMT 4390 - Special Topics: Business Models and Value Propositions

3 sem. hrs. Understanding the characteristics of successful business modeling can reduce the time to market problems that are associated with many new venture concepts. The ability to focus on the customer-centered value proposition within the business model is an essential and complex process that enhances the new venture. The student will learn to discern and develop business models that will be help accelerate ideas and will leverage the strengths that are associated with potentially viable and/or sustainable new venture. Prerequisites: MGMT 3315 and at least a Junior classification.
