COSC 3360 - Human-computer Interaction

An introductory course covering principles of cognition of importance to human-computer interaction, basic concepts of the human-computer interface, including interface design and evaluation, modes of interaction (command, menu, iconic), understanding the behavior of the user, diversity in user interface design, user mental models, and anthropomorphisms.
